Each website that I build is unique however they all share a few properties.
Content First
Whenever I approach anything I ask myself what or who is this for? In the case of most websites, the answer to that question is the people who will be visiting the site. So, the next question is why are they visiting the website? The content.
Each of my designs strives to put the content of the site first and foremost. You will never see blue text on a black background or text size too small to read. You will also never see a design that overpowers the content. You will always see the content first and the design second.
Search Engine Optimization
Why make the content accessible to the user if the user cannot find the website? All of my sites appropriately use basic HTML tags to help search engines determine what content is most important as well as ensuring that the website owner can add appropriate title and description tags.
Usability
Not just on the front end of the website but the back end as well. I specialize in implementing open source software such as WordPress or Joomla. Using these open source content management system will make it easy for you to update your site without having to deal with any code at all! Also, by using open source software, I can deliver the highest quality results at very affordable costs.
Web Standards
All of my designs follow the latest web standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium. This ensures that my designs will work in all browsers and work for the longest time possible.
